The Sanctó winery has developed a form of biointegrated agriculture that is based on the traditional principles of organic and biodynamic crop cultivation. This has enabled us to follow the same lunar cycle that our ancestors followed.
In accordance with the lunar cycle and the movement of the constellations we have established the right working guidelines to achieve the aim of growing vines that are strong, healthy and in harmony with their surroundings. These vines in turn produce grapes of optimum quality, grapes that are the fruit of working practices which respect the surroundings. Tending the vine stock, harvesting the grapes and the bottling process are all done in accordance with the lunar cycle, which ensures that the wines we produce are extremely fine and well-balanced.
Our wines are free from chemical products and are the result of our love and respect for nature, traditions and the environment. All the attention and respect that goes into our biodynamic products results in wines that are the most balanced and sensual on the market today.
